  • Learning objectives:
    Educational objectives
    The students will master the concepts, step and tools to organise thoughts about a business idea into a Business Plan.
    Knowledge and understanding
    After completing the course, the students will be expected to know the fundamental principles to write a Business Plan and the main sections of the document.
    Capacity to apply knowledge and understanding
    After completing the course, the students will be able to write a Business Plan, both the qualitative and quantitative sections. 
  • Prerequisite:
    Basic knowledge on Accounting, Management and Business Administration 
  • Teaching methods:
    Teaching activity will be developed through frontal lessons, participative lessons, exercises and role-playing 
  • Exam type:
    Oral - results into grade out of thirties. Students (individually or in small group – maximum 3) will prepare and discuss a business plan to test capacity to apply knowledge and understanding and will answer other oral questions to test the knowledge and understanding. 85% of the final grade will be based upon the evaluation and discussion of the business plan and 15% of the final grade will be based upon the mastery of the technical language as well as the ability to recognise and discuss criticalities in building a business plan

    Class attendance is strongly recommended
    The reading list and the exam are the same for both attending and non-attending students.
